    4. To synchronize your health records from multiple sources with daOrion, we will require read-only permissions for Microsoft mail.
    5. The use and transfer of information obtained from Azure APIs to any other application are subject to the Azure API Services User Data Policy, which includes Limited Usage Requests.
    6. Access to your camera and audio is essential for conducting remote consultations with doctors and for recording medical records through the daOrion app. Physicians may choose to record telemedicine consultations for medical-legal reasons. You will be notified on the remote-control screen if the doctor opts to record the consultation via video.
    7. We also request permission to read and write files to external storage, allowing you to upload and save medical records to the daOrion app. You have complete control over whether to share these records with your doctor.
    8. It's important to note that we do not scan any files in your storage system other than those you explicitly upload.
    9. We require permission to access your camera to update profile pictures, upload images as medical records, or measure your heart rate using the camera.
    10. Photos will be saved only when you, as the user, choose to save the clear photo using the daOrion app.
    11. If users feel any discomfort while using the camera flash's pulse detection feature, they should remove their finger.

  3. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

    You consent and recognize that all data gathered from you, encompassing data you intentionally provide or receive from third-party service providers, as well as data that may be collected automatically, can be utilized by daOrion for the subsequent objectives:

    1. To adhere to central, state, or local laws that mandate disclosure.
    2. To respond to law enforcement officials or judicial orders, subpoenas, or other legal processes.
    3. To prevent a serious threat to health or safety.
    4. To enable the provision of Services selected by You, including the compilation of all User medical records, reports, and other data.
    5. To facilitate the viewing of content tailored to your interests.
    6. To duplicate, reproduce, store, distribute, publish, export, adapt, edit, and translate Personal Information to the extent reasonably necessary for the provision of Services by daOrion.

It is important to understand that the withdrawal of consent is not retroactive, which means that daOrion cannot erase Personal Information for which it acts as a custodian on behalf of Third-Party Service Providers. In cases where a Third-Party Service Provider is no longer affiliated with daOrion, contractual obligations may necessitate the provision of data export to the provider. In such instances, the user may continue to co-own the data, and daOrion will retain the Personal Information, including user data, to continue delivering services to the user.
